The Role

The Analytics Sales Exec will be expected to successfully maintain and grow existing and new business levels across the Edenhouse customer base. Focused on taking SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics in the Cloud. They should enable customer service at the highest level, building and enhancing relationships with their customers, acting as the main point of contact responding to concerns and resolving issues. The main aim of the Analytics Sales Executive is to be visible and accessible to the client while cultivating the relationship, increasing client satisfaction and developing additional business opportunities and generating revenue through add-on business (up-selling and cross-selling) whilst by understanding and supporting their client's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Tasks

Stakeholder Management
 Build and maintain excellent working relationship with key client contacts
 Build and maintain a go to market to ensure over achievement of our NNN ambitions
 Identify and develop relationships with key influencers and budget holders within the business to assist in account development
 Bring thought leadership in the world of Analytics, ML and AI to our customers and prospects.

Quality (Installed base)

 Ensure minimum Client Satisfaction average of 5.0 out of 5.0 across all allocated clients
 If below average, identify why and implement a Service Improvement plan to meet these targets
 Manage client complaints in accordance with Edenhouse policies
 Follow the Edenhouse Client Manager Framework, including
o Using appropriate Edenhouse templates
o Following agreed Edenhouse and/ or customer methodologies

Service Delivery
 Ensure Transition is successfully performed and transferred to steady state support in accordance with the standard Edenhouse process. Also ensure Transition is signed off by the client and that all relevant transition documentation is available to consulting teams
 Ensure Support service is managed and delivered within the appropriate SLA’s
 Manage smaller enhancements/ projects if a dedicated Project Manager is not warranted
 Arrange and conduct regular Service Delivery Meetings with Client (ideally monthly, but as a minimum once a quarter)
o Perception rating
o New opportunity planning
o Customer Road Maps
o Communicate Edenhouse business updates
 Communicate latest developments/ functionality from SAP
 Ensure Edenhouse deliverables are clear and fully understood
Pre Sales and Bid Management
 Own and manage the development of proposal for your clients
 Assist in the development of proposals for new client bids as and when required
 Arrange bid reviews when required and obtain formal sign off of bid
 Prepare DPS for all bids

Client Manager Monthly Meetings
 Attend monthly ‘One to One’ meetings with Client Director
o Produce monthly Dashboard as agreed
 Attend and pro-actively participate in Client Manager Meetings
 Own and manage actions, where assigned

Case Studies and References
 Work with Client Director to ensure case studies are produced for all Clients where significant and strategic enhancements and projects have been delivered
 Ensure Client Reference quotes and testimonials are produced for all clients, work with Client Director to ensure they are displayed in an Edenhouse office

Commercial Management
 Revenue Target; Responsible for agreeing and achieving revenue targets with Client Director to ensure Edenhouse growth is sustained
 Profitability Target; Responsible for the overall profitability of the client, in line with Edenhouse objectives
 Account Plans; Produce a Client Account Plan for all clients

 Ensure CRM is maintained weekly with accurate Pipeline information to facilitate management reporting
 Identify opportunities for Licence and Maintenance revenues and ensure they are deal registered with SAP to maximise benefits to Edenhouse

 Good working knowledge of the analytics space and the emerging trends

 Experience of working with other stakeholders to support go to market strategies
 Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
 Technically minded with strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint)
 Excellent relationship building skills
 Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
 Ideally a background in different industry sectors and businesses, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different environments and cultures
