The Role

As a highly proficient and motivated PMO Analyst you will support the SAP Project Management team with project/programme planning, client invoicing, project administration and delivery activities. You will be gathering and preparing the relevant data and providing analytical support to the team.

As a PMO Analyst you will be providing project support which will include ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up to date. You will also provide regular project updates and help acquire the necessary resources and skills needed to meet requirements.

Key Tasks

  • Provide effective support to Project Management teams on all sized projects
  • Manage the running of project governance processes including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
  • Weekly reviews of project effort versus forecast for the short term and full project duration
  • Control data regarding project effort versus forecasts and status of client invoicing
  • Perform project audits in line with ITIL methodology
  • Ensure the successful completion of client invoicing at month end and completion of project reporting requirements
  • Carry out assurance review processes as required by the Project Managers
  • Support the control and storage of project documentation
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of project documents are to the required standards
  • Create WBS elements for project codes and associated sales orders

Required Skills

  • Must have a strong knowledge of SAP
  • At least 5 years previous PMO experience
  • Strong programme coordination and administration experience
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and organisation skills to balance key priorities
  • Must have strong numeracy skills
  • A strong customer centric approach
  • Must be efficient in MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
